Was aggravating that the original delivery option was no longer available by the time I hit "submit" on the order.

The package was delivered 3 days after my sister's birthday. Very disappointed. Sorry won't order again. However, she was happy with the choice of gift.

The size of some of the nuts packages were minuscule at best.

The gift basket arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine. My parents opened it on their anniversary and loved it. My mom said "whoever you order these baskets from, they do a great job. Really quality stuff." Thanks for helping me make my parents special day extra special from afar!

Please have healthy snack options to choose. Nuts, nutrition bars, and gluten free.

Listing a service fee earlier in the ordering process would be helpful. I didn't know about a $20 service fee while I was shopping. I saw this fee towards the end of the transaction. The fee put me over the budget I had to work with. I had to start the shopping process over again.

I put in a promo code that said it wasn't a working code. Then I found a $20 off code that "applied" however it did not subtract $20 off of my order.

Raising the price more than 10% from your advertised price in the catalog. I do not have time to find something else but this will be the last time I use your services unfortunately.
